Tucked between The University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University, 3720 Chestnut Tower was completed in 2019. Commonly referred to as The Chestnut, this 30-story building offers luxury living to the students on campus in West Philadelphia.

Designed by SITIO architecture + urbanism, this 405-unit building is the only community in Philly awarded with a Fitwel Certification, as The Chestnut prioritizes wellness by setting high standards for the physical, mental, and social health of its residents.

The 130,000 SF facade is composed of glass and metal panels fabricated and installed by Reflection Window + Wall, utilizing the RWW 9000 and 12000 Series systems.

The northern side of the building gives a flush and sleek look from the vision and spandrel glass spanning all floors while the southern end displays the attractive architectural patterns of the different projected metal panels. This building is truly an eye catcher with its simple yet elegant look.
