845 West Madison is formed by two residential towers in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, which includes 586 residences with a blend of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans with 13 rental townhomes provided with private entrances along Peoria and Monroe Streets.

Completed in 2020, and designed by GREC Architects, the 17-story towers and townhomes are connected by a two-story podium, which houses a large outdoor deck. The lower part of the tower is a traditional brick construction that frames out a two-story tall, punched opening glazed using the RWW 9500 Series system. The upper portion of the towers is glazed using the RWW 9000 Series system which utilizes an array of metal panel infill to provide the facade with a unique aesthetic. Two-tone panels, which extend over the slab edge draw the eye upward toward the monumental band of horizontal panels.

The upper and lower floor plans are off-center, forming various depths of overhangs, filled with metal panel systems provided by RWW.
