Market Square Tower

Market Square Tower, or 360 Market Square, is in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, just a few blocks from Monument Circle. It sits on the site of the historic Market Square Arena where Michael Jordan made his famous comeback in 1995. The building has 292 luxury studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and was designed by RTKL Associates. Completed in 2017, at 290.5 FT, Market Square Tower is the third tallest residential building in Indianapolis.

The tower has 135,000 SF of the RWW 9000 Series window wall system and slab edge covers that provide floor-to-ceiling views of the city. Reflection Window + Wall also supplied louvers within the window wall and terrace doors at each of the residential unit balconies.

The building has an organic allantoid shape and the curved building surfaces result in a larger volume of building enclosed within less surface area, which yielded a material savings and reduced energy costs. RWW segmented the window wall to solve the complex geometry of the building resulting in no straight runs of windows on the main facade.
