Heiwa Terrace is a 12-story residential tower located on Chicago’s far northside at 920 W Lawrence Avenue. It was built in 2022 to provide subsidized housing and meet the physical, social, and psychological needs of senior citizens and disabled individuals by the Japanese American Service Committee Housing Corporation. The nearly 20,000 square foot façade is enclosed with Reflection Window + Wall’s 8000 Series System with the ground floor designed to accommodate ballistic glass. RWW’s floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural light for all 200 apartments and ground floor community spaces. |
