One South Halsted is a 45-story of 492-unit luxury rental tower designed by Fitzgerald Associates. This building is located at 727 West Madison with a prominent location along the Kennedy Expressway and was completed in 2018.

Randolph Street and Fulton Market are also very close as well as Chicago’s popular Greektown neighborhood. At nearly 500 feet in height, it is the tallest building in Chicago’s West Loop as of early 2018, and the one which has received more publicity than any other. One of the many reasons is its unique elliptical design, and the patterns of lights from the checkerboard facade.

Reflection Window + Wall provided complete design-assist services for the 210,000 SF of the enclosure system. The system used 180,000 SF of the RWW 9500 Series system. RWW also employed various installation methods; interior, and exterior set system to work around typical obstructions imposed by the structure. The parking structure was enclosed using a ventilated glass facade system that maximizes natural ventilation and daylight.
