Located in New York City’s Midtown West within the dynamic Hudson Yards district, the 29-story Marriott Courtyard at 461 West 34th Street offers a sleek and modern lodging option for business travelers visiting the city. Completed in 2017 and designed by DSM Design Group, the hotel features a fully glazed façade spanning 52,300 square feet, brought to life with Reflection Window + Wall’s 9500 Series thermally broken window wall system. The system’s cantilevered design enables the exterior glass to align flush with the building’s rainscreen porcelain tile, creating a seamless and visually striking façade. Engineered for urban performance, the façade delivers an impressive acoustical rating of STC-44/OITC-35—significantly reducing city noise in guest rooms. To complete the vision, RWW developed custom extruded profiles for slab covers and distinctive bullnose picture-frame detailing around the punched window openings, showcasing our commitment to both form and function.
