370 Harrison, The Quinn, is a 14-story mixed use building in Boston’s South End neighborhood completed in 2021. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, it has 273 residential units as 101 luxury condominiums and 172 rental units. On the residential tower portion, Reflection Window + Wall provided the RWW 9500 Series thermally broken window wall system. The flush window wall design is accented by projected vertical fins spanning multiple floors in various configurations. The commercial space on the ground level is enclosed using Kawneer 1600 curtain wall system with glass and shadow box elements matching the residential tower. The curtain wall openings are clad with a unique aluminum profiled trim to emphasize the openings in the stone facade. The new construction building is named after the historic Quinzani Bakery, which was formerly on this block. This design was inspired by the South End’s industrial warehouses and historic Victorian brick row houses. |
