Drexel University’s new mixed-use development in Philadelphia transforms the campus into a vibrant hub for living, learning, and community engagement. Featuring a 19-story tower and two 8-story buildings, the project includes 220 residential units (861 beds), over 30,000 SF of retail and mixed-use space, and a 14,800-SF community center with amenities like a lounge, fitness center, and theater.
